The 13th Annual Conference of the Women's History Network will take place on 3-5 September 2004 at Kingston Upon Hull, UK. Abstracts (200 words) for papers are warmly invited from academics, post graduate student and independent scholars. The conference is themed 'Women, Wealth and Power' and plenary speakers are Amy Erickson and Hilda Smith. Proposals could be along the following or associated topics: Women and Wealth/Poverty/Global Economies; Women and Political Thought/Power; Women and Knowledge Production; Sexual Politics. Bursaries are available to qualifying aplicants.
