The Cohn Institute for the History and Philosophy of Science, Tel Aviv University, The Collegium Helveticum of the Swiss Institute of Technology (ETH), and the Center for Junior research Fellows of the University of Konstanz in cooperation with the Lion Foundation are organizing a summer school for doctoral and post-doctoral students of all faculties on the topic "The Cunning of Science" in a beautiful old monastery in Switzerland (July 24th-July 31st 2004)

The Summer school aims to examine the varieties of scientific practicies, focusing on cunning as a necessary but dangerous part of the search for scientific truth.
