Special Session Proposal

Sacred Tropes: The Hebrew bible, New Testament, and Qur’an as Literary Works

Suggested literary approaches include, but are not limited to, philosophical, ethical, aesthetic, literary, cultural, sociological, and psychological readings.

Submit a one-page abstract and a one page c.v. as attachments via email. A reply to your email will serve as confirmation of receipt. Responses to submissions will be sent shortly after the deadline.

The special session proposal will be submitted to MLA for consideration. Notification about whether the proposal is accepted by the MLA Program Committee comes in May.
