The hippy counterculture which began 40 years ago has had major impacts on our culture and society. Given the shape of the world today, many of us are wondering "Where are all the hippies now when we really need them?" The "Home for Happy Hippies" has been developed to help rekindle the hippy spirit within many of us. Young people are particularly interested in the sixties and are looking emulate many of the social activism we had at that time. I created this site to reflect my own personal, political, and professional transformation. I welcome any comments about content, approach and other resources.
