The Oxford Latin American Economic History Database (OxLAD) reports comparable economic and social data for 20 countries in Latin America for 1900-2000. The series are downloadable free of charge, with accompanying methodological notes and sources, from our website. The website, which is available in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, also includes bibliographic references, links to world, regional, and national statistical offices and data sources, and comprehensive methodological discussion of data definitions and adjustments. Enquiries, comments, and suggestions regarding OxLAD should be directed via email.
