Women's and Gender Historians of the Midwest (WGHOM) will sponsor its inaugural conference on June 12, 2004, at Loyola University, Chicago (Lakeshore Conference). The conference brings together scholars from around the Midwest to discuss gender history through traditional research paper presentations as well as roundtables discussions on archives, public history, and museums.
