SARCAJC is non profit registered Society based in India. It is devoted to collection, preservation, research and display of cartoons, advertisements and journalism during British Raj.

A two day Seminar is being organised on 'Swaraj Mein Prayagraj: The Role of Allahabad/Prayagraj in Freedom Movement with sepecial stress towards Journalism (Hindi & English)upto 1947. Interested people outside India should send an abstact of their proposed paper (upto 250 words) by 30/01/2004.

Sponsorship for their stay in India may be provided.
