I am constructing a panel entitled “ ‘Spillover’ in East Central Europe After Soviet and Post-Soviet Military Interventions” for the American Association for the Advancement of Slavic Studies (AAASS) Conference in Boston (December 4-7, 2004). Please contact me (via email) if you have a paper that investigates the role and/or reactions of one or more countries (or of ethnic minorities within these countries) to a particular Soviet or post-Soviet military intervention and would like to join the panel. A chair and two discussants are also needed. Thank you.
