National Endowment for the Humanities Summer Institute

Participants will explore the full range of America’s state constitutional experience while also examining their own state constitution.
Full-time school (K-12) teacher who possesses the motivation, commitment, and intellectual curiosity necessary to benefit from this program is invited to apply. Completed applications must be submitted to Dr. John Kincaid and postmarked no later than March 1, 2004. A selection committee of teachers and scholars will evaluate applications. Successful applicants will be notified by April 1, 2004, and will have until April 15, 2004, to accept or decline.
A $2,800 stipend will be given to cover travel, lodging, meals, and incidentals for the institute.
