We are planning a panel for the 2004 MLA Conference entitled "Pirandello and the Italian American Experince". I am in the process of putting out a call for papers to the MLA, but if any of the members of The Italian American Literature Discussion Group or others working in Italian American Studies are interested, please have them e-mail me a proposal for consideration by March 15th. I am thinking that we might do a panel discussion rather than read full formal papers for a greater feeling of inclusion. The papers can then be submitted for publication to the PSA.
