39TH CENTRAL CANADIAN SYMPOSIUM ON WATER QUALITY RESEARCH

On Monday, February 9th and Tuesday, February 10th, 2004, join fellow water research colleagues at the 39th Central Canadian Symposium on Water Quality Research jointly sponsored by the Canadian Association on Water Quality (CAWQ) and the National Water Research Institute (NWRI.
Tentative session themes include:
- Drinking Water – Pathogens, Taste and Odour, Treatment Issue
- Groundwater – Quality, Quantity, Remediation
- Sediments – Physical and Chemical Processes, Contamination and Impact Assessment, Remediation Techniques and Technologies
- Storm Water – Combined Sewer Overflow, Urban Runoff
- Surface Water – Aquatic Toxicology, Environmental Effects, Impacts of Nutrients, Nuisance Algae
- Wastewater – Fate and Removal of Endocrine Disruptor Compounds and Pharmaceuticals, Removal of NH4 , Treatment Technologies
