The 2004 Annual Meeting of the International Studies Association-West will take place October 1-2 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The deadline for proposals is JULY 15th 2004. Paper, panel, chair, and discussant proposals are sought for all areas of international studies and comparative politics. Submissions can be made via fax, mail or email. Paper proposals must include a short abstract (200-300 words) and complete contact information for all authors. Proposals for panels and roundtables must include contact information for all participants and an abstract for each paper. All proposals should be sent directly to the program chair at the address below.
