Afghanistan Humanitarian Prince Ali Seraj to Speak in Connecticut Thursday, November 13th

Afghanistan Prince Ali Seraj will lecture at Three Rivers Community College in Norwich, CT on Thursday, November 13, 2003 at 7:00pm. Ali is the nephew of the late King Amanullah, and the grandson of King Habibullah, both former rulers of Afghanistan. His lecture is entitled “Reconstructing Afghanistan: Reshaping a Nation’s Civil & Political Landscape One Village at a Time”.

Ali will speak about the civil and political reconstruction progress in Afghanistan since its liberation two years ago following the events of 9/11/01. This lecture is free of charge and open to the public. A panel-led discussion forum will follow Mr. Seraj’s lecture, giving attendees the chance to ask Mr. Seraj questions.
