The Massachusetts Historical Society announces the third event in its 2003-2004 season of seminars in Immigration & Urban History.

"Municipal Law and the Progressive Critique of American Courts, 1902-1912"

All seminars take place at the society and commence at 5:15 PM. Each consists of the discussion of a pre-circulated paper. Afterwards, the Society will serve a light buffet supper. Reservations are suggested for the seminar and are required to attend the supper.

The Society also hosts two other seminars, in Early American History, and Environmental History. For information on all seminars please contact Mr. Vose at the contact information given in this announcement.
