The Williamite Universe, in collaboration with the Centre for Early Modern Studies, and supported by a conference grant from the British Academy, organises its Second Annual Conference, “Inside Out and Outside In - A New Look at the 17th-Century Republic of Letters”. Speakers include Anthony P. Claydon (Bangor), Jeanine Delandtsheer (Leuven), Robert von Friedeburg (Rotterdam), Richard Maber (Durham), Steve Pincus (Chicago). The conference takes place in Aberdeen, 12-13 December 2003. Registration is now open.
