ICICTE provides a forum for discussion of issues relevant to technology in education, open and distance learning. Participants are practitioners in education (from primary school to graduate studies) and in industry/business, scientists, academics, librarians, student services and counselling staff. Plenary sessiions, workshops, forums and keynote speakers. Fee includes 3 lunches and 2 dinners.
