The Rothermere American Institute is pleased to host this one-day international conference, which will explore the philosophical, cultural, and political implications of multiculturalism in the United States (and elsewhere, on a comparative basis).
Dr Paul Gilroy, Professor of Sociology and African-American Studies, Yale University will provide the keynote address.
Other confirmed speakers include Prof. Des King, Andrew W. Mellon Professor of Government, University of Oxford; Kenan Malik, writer and broadcaster; and Dr Melissa S. Williams, Associate Professor of Political Science, Univeristy of Toronto.
