We hereby annonce the publication of the African Diaspora newsletter #10. Once more we regret the delay.

Meanwhile, we've commenced work on #11--a special edition on the International Conference on Islam and Slavery which holds at the Harriet Tubman Centre, York University from October 24-26, 2003. The edition will also include other activities of Faculties and Students asociated with the centre for the period August and November 2003.
