The Third Seminar of the Georgia Workshop in Early American History is upon us!
On Friday, October 10, from 3-5 PM, John Barrington will be on hand to discuss his paper: "Anti-popery, Race, and National Identity in the Lower South" This month's Workshop will be in Law Room E on the main floor of Hirsch Hall, the primary building for the University of Georgia's Law School. A reception will be held after the seminar and all who are interested are encourage to attend a dinner with John at one of our fine local restaurants.
Those participating in the seminar need to download and read the paper prior to the workshop. It can be accessed in two-ways:
