Papers needed for panel on AMERICAN POLITICAL EXPATRIATES. Pick your group: American tories after 1787, Confederates in Brazil & British Guiana after 1865, Mennonites leaving the US, the "Lost Generation in Paris (1920's), American Communists to the USSR (1920s), Rev. Jones in Guiana, Vietnam era expats, American Jewish expats in Israel. Papers can be presented in absentia, or with a local co-author. Brief proposals needed by Oct. 10, 2003.
