The European History Section of the Southern Historical Association invites proposals for individual papers and complete panels for presentation at its annual meeting in Memphis, Tennessee, November 3-6, 2004.

Papers on any aspect of European history are welcome, and presenters may include graduate students as well as faculty members. Panels should consist of two or three papers, a commentator, and a chair.

Proposals may be submitted online or by mail.
