Metropolitan College of New York (MCNY) is pleased to announce a one-day conference that explores the role,limitations and potential of visual media, broadly defined,in teaching and learning across the humanities and social sciences. For more info, visit our website. The conference will be held at MCNY on Friday, March 5, 2004. Proposals for individual papers and panels will be considered. Include an abstract (maximum 250 words per paper) and a brief c.v. for each participant. Panels should consist of 2-3 presenters, a moderator, and a discussant. Email your proposal in MS WORD to Dr. David Rosner via email by October 15,2003. MCNY is located at 75 Varick Street, New York, New York 10013. Paper/Panel decisions will be made by November 1, 2003.
