The first annual TOOFY FILM FEST is debuting in beautiful Boulder,CO in April of 2004. The following describes the Call for Entries and to download your submission form please visit us at our website.

ORIGINAL FORMATS:
Digital Video, Super 8, 16mm, 35mm, Beta SP, DigiBeta, and HDCam
ENTRY FEE:
$10 Early Fee (for submissions postmarked before January 5th, 2004)
$15 Late Fee (for submissions postmarked between January 6th, 2004 & February 15th, 2004)
**No Films will be accepted after February 15, 2004.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
A 1/2" VHS or DVD of the film (NTSC format only) for the review committee. Please send one 1/2" VHS tape or DVD for each film you are submitting along with the proper submission fee. 50 word synopsis of the film or video Director's biography Full cast and crew list including musical composition credits Press Kit if available with stills from the work (OPTIONAL) Works must be in original language. If needed use English subtitles only.
SELECTION PROCESS:
Films are reviewed by the TOOFY selection committee and notifications will be done electronically or via postal mail. All committee decisions are final.
SHIPPING:
All shipments must be prepaid.

*Feature Films must be under 15 minutes in duration including credits. Full-length Films must be under 45 minutes.
