IISS and DCAF are searching for talented individuals aged 35 or under from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro including Kosovo to participate in a fully funded conference in Geneva from 2-4 October.

The Young Faces Conference 2003 seeks to bring together young scholars, NGO activists, journalists and government officials and give them an opportunity to engage with prominent international experts in a broad debate concerning contemporary issues of global and regional security.

Selection is through submission of a paper chosen from a list of topics. Selected papers will later also be published.
