The World's Fairs and Expositions area of the Popular Culture Association is seeking presentations on any fair and exhibition popular culture topic for the 2004 PCA/ACA Conference to be held in April 7-10, 2004, in San Antonio, TX. Paper length is typically 15-20 minutes; three or four presenters usually share a 90-minute session.

Themes include all areas of fairs and exhibitions, including centennial celebrations, research, personal experiences, and history of a specific fair; area subject is pretty broad and most papers submitted will be considered. Controversy will not be shunned.

If you are interested, please submit an abstract of up to 200 words, accompanied by each presenter's name, position/title, school/work address and phone number, e-mail address, and a 25-50 word word abstract and short presenter biography to the area co-chairs by September 15, 2003 (electronic submissions are welcome) to the contacts below.
