Historic Camden Revolutionary War Site and the Kershaw County (S.C.) Historical Society will co-host a historical conference on the Camden Campaign of 1780, on April 2-4, 2004 in Camden, South Carolina. Included also will be an interpretation at the Camden battlefield and a guided bus tour of area Revolutionary War battle sites.

The Program Committee invites proposals for papers and panels regarding the Camden Campaign (June-September, 1780) broadly conceived. Proposals should include a one-page abstract for each paper, outlining topic, thesis, and sources, and a brief c.v. for all participants. The committee also welcomes volunteers to serve as chairs and/or commentators. Please submit proposals for papers and full panels no later than September 1, 2003, to the address below.
