The Urban Studies Programs of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is contemplating producing an anthology on Milwaukee history and is interested in learning the names of scholars who have researched certain areas of the city's history. The essays will be interpretive and synthetic rather than historical narratives. In particular the subjects the USP is concerned with are arts and architecture, metropolitan issues, the environment, parks and recreation, and pre-1930 immigration.
