The New England Historical Association (NEHA), a regional affiliate of the AHA, holds its 71st meeting at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts on October 25, 2003. Proposed papers or panels on any historical topic, time or place may be submitted (one page abstract and brief CV) to the program chair by July 1.
