The Midwest Popular Culture Association will be meeting at the Marriott Minneapolis City Center Hotel, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, October 17-19, 2003. The Teaching Popular Culture Area is seeking papers devoted to all aspects of teaching popular culture including methods, pedagogies, and strategies, course development and curricula as well as teaching philosophies, narratives, and “good practices.” Proposals of diverse educational levels (K-12, community college, college/university, etc.) are welcome.
