Call for Authors - California Local History

Arcadia Publishing's West Coast office is commissioning new titles for California local history books. We are producing titles in the "Images of America" series, which are primarily photographic histories of communities (180-240 photos per title) and descriptive captions for each, so prospective authors should have possible access to photographic collections. We handle scanning and most other production-related tasks. If interested please contact address below or download a book proposal from our website (under "Author Applications.") Let's get history out of the display cases and into the public eye.
