Black Panther Party in Historical Perspective

"The Black Panther Party in Historical Perspective," the first history conference on the group, will take place at Wheelock College in Boston from Wednesday, June 11 (evening keynote address by John Bracey, with dinner following) through Friday, June 13, 2003 (twelve sessions in all). Topics include local history, art, the New Left, and political repression. Space limited to 125. Conference fee of $100 (15% discount for pre-May 1 registrants) includes dinner on June 11 and light refresments on June 12-13. Brochures available from:
