The European Association of Evolutionary Political Economy (Research Area in Economic History) invites paper proposals for its conference in Maastricht, Netherlands (7th - 10th of November 2003)based on archival or other research, that contribute to the analysis of the evolution of economic systems.
Themes of particular interest in relation to the 2003 conference are:
- The social and economic history of the information society.
- Institutional change as a key to understanding progress in (information) technology.
- The political economy of knowledge from a historical perspective.
To participate, please submit a proposal containing 500-600 words, clearly indicating the contribution of your submission. The deadline for the submission of paper proposals is 31 MARCH 2003.
