This is a call for articles to be submitted for the Autumn 2003 Special Issue of "Inferno". The theme of this issue is 'Visual Culture in the Scandinavian and Baltic Region'.

Articles can relate to any area of visual culture within the Baltic-Scandinavian sphere. Research related to the issue of national identity within this region is particularly welcomed. Shorter notices, exhibition reviews and pieces relating to museums or conservation issues within this area are also sought.

Articles should be a maximum of 5000 words (including all footnotes) and should be submitted in English. The closing date for submissions is June 30th 2003.
