Dear Colleagues,

The Interdisciplinary Scientific Councils "History and Archaeology",
"Christian Orthodox Religion", "Islam Religion" of the International
Academy "Homo Perfectus Integralis", situated in the Republic of Bulgaria,
organized and carried out the First International Conference "Culture,
Religions and Traditions of the Peoples", October 3-6, 2002 in the city of
Varna. The complex nature of the forum was an expression of an integral
approach toward the values of real interaction between nations, toward
ethnical tolerance and also toward the formation of a common "Culture of
Peace".
The organizers would like this approach to be lasting in the future.
According to the decisions of from the First International Conference, the
Second Conference "Culture, Religions and Traditions of the Peoples" will
be held from 25th to 28th September 2003. This year the Sofia University
"St. Kliment Ohridski" will host the Conference.
We hope that the work of the International Forum and the Festival will
contribute to the real ethnical tolerance and equality of national cultures.
The work of the Second International Conference will proceed in 3 workshops
and 2 round tables. Apart from that we organize a festival on the same
issues in two categories documentary film and music/dances authentic
folklore. The requirements for participation in the Festival will be
presented to the interested in another document.
The organizers strongly desire this Second International Conference and
Festival "Culture, Religions and Traditions of the Peoples" to affirm and
deepen the ideas of tolerance and sterling cultural interaction among
nations in the conditions of a globalizing world.

C. Paper Participation

By March 31st 2003 every candidate should send a short message to email
iahpi_conference25.09.03@mail.bg or fax (+359 2) 9709418. The message
should contain participation confirmation, theme of the paper, author/s,
address of the author/s and preferred way of communication.
By May 25th 2003 the candidate fills and sends to the Organizing Committee
the attached ABSTRACT PARTICIPATION FORM.
Observation of these requirements is a necessity for the acceptance of the
papers by the Scientific Secretariat and their listing for the agenda of
the Conference
By June 25th 2003 you will receive the Registration Form on the address
you have written in the ABSTRACT PARTICIPATION FORM.
The whole text of the papers must not exceed 6 standard pages (1800
characters each). The paper must be received in the Scientific Secretariat
of the Conference by September 25th 2003 in two hard copies and on a floppy
disk, in English.
The papers will be issued in a collection and sent to each participant by
April 2004.
