You can do all of that and more during the Institute for African American Studies trip to Cuba from July 18 through August 1, 2003.
Join The Institute for African American Studies on a fourteen day study program in Havana, Matanzas, and Santiago de Cuba. Directed by University of Connecticut and Berkerely College faculty members this course will include lectures, workshops, demonstrations, seminars, on a broad array of topics related to social and cultural history, religion, and Afro Cuban musical traditions that are rooted in the African Diaspora.
