We are looking for several extremely open-minded and dynamic scholars to join our panel as commentators at the January 2004 AHA Annual Meeting that focuses on war. The panel will center around the question of whether all wars are essentially fake--that is, the product of domestic political maneuvering.

I will present the main paper and Dr. Daniel Ellsberg of Pentagon Papers fame, will provide comment. We need additional contributors to flesh out our panel. Time is short!
