AHA Panel: "U.S. Armed Forces and American Science & Technology, 19th & 20th Centuries

We seek papers for a panel on “The U.S. Armed Forces and American Science and Technology in the 19th and 20th Centuries.” It is intended for the next annual meeting of the American Historical Association, scheduled for 5–8 January 2004 in Washington, DC. In conjunction with the AHA meeting, we expect to present two sessions at the Smithsonian Institution’s museum of American history. Please send your abstract and a short cv by 1 February 2003 to the panel organizer.
