The 19th annual Ohio Valley History Conference meets at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Ky., October 23-25, 2003. Papers, panels, and sessions in any topic of history are sought. Each proposal, whether for individual papers or panels, should include a one- to two-page synopsis and a brief c.v. for each participant. Those interested in chairing or commenting on papers are also invited to forward a c.v. Although the conference is regionally based, proposals from all parts of the country are welcome. Deadline for receipt of applications is March 25, 2003. Contact:
