For those who do not know us, SOLAR is an inter-disciplinary research and development team. We specialise in new forms of action research and co-inquiry to support learning and change in complex social and organisational systems. Our focus is on cross-boundary work across “whole systems”.

We have an extensive project portfolio and run an internationally renowned PhD Programme. We host regular Collaborative Inquiry Forums and Events to which many people of international repute contribute.
