13TH ANNUAL EECERA CONFERENCE
Possible Childhoods: Relationships & Choices
3-6 September 2003
Glasgow, Scotland
Early childhood is a period full of potential. The choices we make with and for children at every level are critical for the actual childhoods children experience. Those childhoods are strongly determined by the models and frameworks which families, communities, government and society espouse. Investing in childhood is recognised as being beneficial for individuals and for society. Given that the nature of our investment is so important, every community, including the early childhood research community, has critical questions to consider.
