GLOBAL TOPICS, a peer-reviewed electronic journal published by the International Affairs Research Center at Saint Anselm College's Insitute of Politics, is now soliciting undergraduate writing for its second issue. Articles written by undergraduates or as the product of collaborative undergraduate/faculty research on any international, transnational, global, or comparative topic are welcome. The journal will publish articles from all disciplines and from interdisciplinary perspectives.

For full consideration for the 2003 issue, please submit manuscripts no later than January 15, 2003. There is no formal length requirement, but manuscripts of less than 12500 words will receive priority. Please also provide your year in school and name of school. Manuscripts may be submitted in hard copy to the mailing address provided, or as an e-mail attachment.
