I would like to organize a special session for the 2003 NEASA Conference on Religion and American Culture (Hartford, CT 04/25/03). The proposed panel would have the following theme: American Religion and Civil Rights. Suitable paper topics include:
- abolition
- women's suffrage
- African American civil rights
- etc
Please send a one page abstract and one page c.v. to the contact below by December 24, 2002. E-mail is preferred.
