This Conference seeks to focus on the counter-terrorism responses of the United States to September 11 by exploring their impact upon civil liberties. The organizers welcome contributions from any discipline in all relevant academic areas. The organizers especially welcome young scholars, researchers, and postgraduates. Accepted papers will be published in the Journal of the Institute of Justice and International Studies. Electronic formats are accepted in Microsoft Word or plain text format. Please send a 500 word abstract by 31st December 2002 to the following address. Soon after acceptance notices will be sent.
