This lecture is presented by Erin McLeary, Ph.D., who recently completed a dissertation on the history of the Mutter Museum, one of the few surviving 19th-century pathology teaching museums. Her talk will be followed by remarks by Gretchen Worden, Director of the Mutter Museum.
This program celebrates the recent publication of MUTTER MUSEUM, a book of photographs of specimens and models, with text written by Ms. Worden. Signed copies of the book will be available at the complimentary reception following Dr. McLeary's presentation.
This program will take place at the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, 19 South 22nd Street, Philadelphia, at 6:15 on Wednesday, November 13, 2002.
