GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY CONFERENCE
February 19-22, 2003

The Rocky Mountain Council for Latin American Studies invites you to submit proposals for panels and individual papers for its annual conference at the Fiesta Inn in Tempe, Arizona. Presentations should be no more than 20 minutes each and may come from all disciplines of the Humanities and Social Sciences. Proposals should include the names and addresses of presenters, commentators, and chairs. They may be sent by regular mail or e-mail. Please send all proposals to the address below.

Co-sponsored by the Center for Latin American Studies, the Department of History, and the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences.
Please call the Fiesta Inn Resort (2100 S. Priest Dr., Tempe) at 480-967-1441 to reserve your room ***before January 23, 2003***. The conference rate is $99.00 for a single or double room. A third person costs $10.00 more. Be sure to mention that you are with the RMCLAS conference. After January 23rd, neither the conference rate nor room availability can be guaranteed, so be sure to reserve your room early. If you cannot reserve a room at the Fiesta Inn, other hotels in the area are:
