APLPJ is the first fully functional web-based legal journal focusing exclusively on Asia and the Pacific Rim. APLPJ provides authors with a global forum, stimulating research and discussion of law and policy issues arising in or impacting Asia and the Pacific.
The APLPJ invites authors of original works in the following
categories to submit their work for consideration for our February and June 2003 issues:
Articles and commentaries addressing legal or policy developments arising in or impacting Asia and the Pacific Rim.
Practitioner guides providing timely, practical information for legal practitioners.
English-language translations of laws, regulations, or articles from Asian/Pacific nations.
For more information on APLPJ please see our website.

Margins should be 1 inch (2.5 cm) on each side and paragraphs should be indented 0.5 inch (1.25 cm). All documents should be double-spaced and include a table of contents.
