The Section on Medical History of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia presents the Annual Samuel X Radbill Lecture. Heinrich von Staden (Professor of Classics and History of Science at the Institute of Advanced Studies, Princeton, NJ) will present a talk titled "'To Help or Not to Harm': Ethics in the Hippocratic Writings."
The Radbill Lecture will take place at the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, 19 South 22nd Street, Philadelphia, at 6:15 on Wednesday, October 16, 2002. A complimentary reception will follow the lecture, and will be followed by a subscription dinner ($35.00; $15.00 for students)
