The only international art magazine of Turkey invites papers for its next issues dedicated to "Medicine and art" (Autumn 2002) and "Time in Art"(Winter 2002/2003). We are interested in experts who could write about the 17th and 18th century artists who had made painting related to medicine such as Constant Joseph Desbordes, Leon Augustin Lhermitte, Mathijs Naiveu, Oakley, Quringh Gerritszvan Brekelenkam etc. The article must be 2500-3000 words and needs to explain the history of those kind of paintings with the importance of them in art history.
One of the titles is "Rennaisance Medicine". We need 10-12 high quality transparencies with the article and the articles must be 2500-3000 words, not expected to be too scholarly, and written in an understandable language, preferrably litrary additionals.
