The Journal of American History is pleased to announce the fourth installment of its Teaching the JAH, featuring Nick Cullather's article
"Damming Afghanistan: Modernization in a Buffer State," now available at the web address below.
Teaching the JAH uses online tools to bridge the gap between scholarly publishing and the practice of classroom teaching. The project delivers "teaching packages," each of which features an article from the print journal, along with supporting documents that demonstrate how it might be used in the U.S. history survey course.
