Proposals are welcomed for this two day conference to be held at Oxford Brookes University on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September 2003.
The aim of the conference is to provide a forum for a discussion of the nature and incidence of child murder throughout history from a variety of different perspectives: Historical, Legal, Anthropological, Sociological, Cultural, etc. Although the main focus for the conference will be Europe (including Britain), contributions relating to other geographical areas will also be welcolmed. Proposals (of approximately 300 words) should be submitted by Friday 29th November 2002 to the contact address / e-mail provided.
